Who we are
This website is operated by Sohao Space Corp, a Delaware corporation doing business as Raiden Space (“Raiden Space”, “we”), with its registered office at 1007 N Orange St, 4th Floor, Suite 1382, Wilmington, DE 19801, USA. We are the controller of the personal data described here. Contact: info@raidenspace.com.
What we collect and why
Server logs. When you visit, our hosting provider automatically records technical data such as your IP address, the date and time, the page requested, your browser type and the referring page. We use this only to deliver the site securely and to detect abuse. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in operating a secure website (GDPR Art. 6(1)(f); KVKK Art. 5(2)(f)). Logs are kept for no longer than 30 days.
Emails you send us. If you write to info@raidenspace.com, we process your name, email address and anything you include in your message, to reply and to manage our relationship with you. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in responding to enquiries, or steps taken at your request before entering into a contract (GDPR Art. 6(1)(b) and (f); KVKK Art. 5(2)(c) and (f)). We keep correspondence for up to 24 months after it ends, unless a longer period is required by law.
We do not use analytics, advertising, social media plugins or tracking tools, we do not build profiles, and we do not sell personal data. Fonts and images are served from our own site, so loading a page does not send your data to third parties such as font providers.
Who receives your data
Our hosting provider (Porkbun) and our email service provider process data on our behalf under data processing agreements. We may disclose data to authorities where required by law.
International transfers
These providers may process data outside your country, including in the United States. Where required, transfers are protected by appropriate safeguards such as the European Commission’s Standard Contractual Clauses, or the mechanisms required under Turkish data protection law.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you can ask to access, correct or delete your personal data, restrict or object to its processing, receive it in a portable format, and learn who it has been shared with. To exercise these rights, email info@raidenspace.com. You may also complain to your data protection authority, for example your local EU or UK supervisory authority, or in Türkiye the Personal Data Protection Authority (KVKK).
Security and children
The site is served over an encrypted connection and we limit access to personal data to people who need it. The site is not directed at children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect their data.
Changes
We may update this policy. The effective date at the top of this page shows the latest version.
Terms of use
Information only. This website presents general information about Raiden Space. Nothing on it is an offer, a binding commitment or advice, and it does not create a contractual relationship.
Third-party figures and forward-looking statements. Market figures cite publicly available third-party sources, linked on the page. We do not guarantee their accuracy or completeness. Statements about plans, markets and future developments are forward-looking and may change.
Intellectual property. The Raiden Space name, wordmark, text, images and design of this site belong to Sohao Space Corp or its licensors. You may not reuse them without our written permission, except as allowed by law. Quotations and third-party trademarks belong to their respective owners and are used for reference only.
External links. Links to third-party websites are provided for convenience. We are not responsible for their content or privacy practices.
Liability. To the extent permitted by law, the site is provided “as is”, and we are not liable for damages arising from its use. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
Governing law. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, and the state and federal courts located in Delaware have jurisdiction, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protection laws in your country.
